North Bay Company, Inc. has been the Cost Estimating sub-consultant for federal and state level military contracts for various designers, all of which consisted of multi-year term contracts.

At the state level, projects have included building renovations and site work improvements at Camp Edwards in Bourne, MA and Camp Curtis in Reading, MA for the Massachusetts Army National Guard. This included work on the Blackhawk Helicopter Simulator at Joint Base Cape Cod. Additionally, North Bay has provided cost consulting for energy improvements and MEP upgrades to various National Guard armories throughout the state.

At the federal level, North Bay has worked on projects at Naval Station Newport (including the Naval War College) in Rhode Island and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. Projects included building envelope renovations and whole facade replacements, MEP improvements, interior renovations and site improvements.
